About
Precision Machine History
Precision Machine & Welding Inc was founded in 1980 by Keith Huschka to meet the needs of the booming oil industry at the time. Due to declining oil activity in the mid to late ‘80s, Precision Machine became involved with the coal mining industry in North Dakota and Montana. We have since grown to meet the needs of the two industries, along with the area needs in agriculture and construction. In 2020, we have completed our transition to an employee owned company with over 100 years of combined experience between the owners. Currently Precision Machine operates out of a four-building facility in Dickinson, North Dakota and is continuing to expand our near 20-piece fleet of CNC equipment to meet the needs of the industries. We hope to participate in America’s need to bring back manufacturing in the United States.
Precision Machine can handle projects large and small utilizing both manual and CNC equipment. From one off projects to production runs, we welcome a variety of jobs. We serve worldwide markets, sending parts throughout the U.S., Canada and overseas. We have alliances with specialty steel products and suppliers, along with specialized processes of our own, such as on-site heat treating and cryogenics treating.
